        This nicely hand made and very good sounding Hungarian bass is by Akos Balazs. Based on the classic London makers of the early to mid 19th Century hence it has a flat back with traditional English bracing. The instrument has been slightly antiqued to give the appearance of careful use.  As with most of the instruments I sell the fit up has been performed by myself to exacting standards using my own Baker model tuning machine heads, Chevalets Despiau bridge with adjusters, a quality German end pin unit and a set of Evah Pirazzi strings. This instrument can be supplied with a 'C' extension if required. Payment plans may be arranged, please enquire.
